Today we are so excited to share our kids Valentine’s Day cookie dough party! I mean who doesn’t love cookie dough…am I right!? We knew we wanted to do something fun for our little guests so we decided to collaborate with Vicki and Steve from Cleveland Cookie Dough Company and Erin from Crafty Bags to create the ultimate kids Valentine party.
These besties had so much fun at our cookie dough bar. We had so many sugary Valentine toppings to add to their heart shaped bowls filled with red, pink and white cookie dough. Ok…we know what you are thinking and yes this cookie dough is 100% safe to eat. Not only is it safe to eat by the spoonful but it’s delicious! We chose to go with a sugar flavored cookie dough for the girls sundaes so they could add whatever they wanted as their toppings. However, if you are looking to mix it up, Cleveland Cookie Dough Company offers so many yummy flavors such as chocolate chip, smores, mint and even lemon cheesecake. We loved how Vicki used a mini cookie dough scoop so the girls could have each color of cookie dough in their cups. All we had to do is add some strawberry milk and let the girls make their sundaes before sitting down to their adorable Valentine party.
How cute are these cookie dough truffles!
Most of our Valentine decor came from Home Goods, they had the perfect finds to complete our tablescape. We found heart shaped candy dishes in red, pink and white that we used for the sundaes. We also found this beautiful gold metallic heart tablecloth and draped each chair in a fun frilly pink and white fabric. Confession: the fabric we draped on both the chairs and used as a table runner is actually 2 fabric shower curtains. We couldn’t resist how girlie and fun the fabric was, soooo we took the chance and luckily it turned out so cute! We even found these Meri Meri heart shaped love napkins as we were checking out!
We bought the milk bottles at Michael’s Craft Store, tied a red ribbon around the top and added a foam heart sticker to the front. The paper heart straws, heart banner on the mantle and the 3D hanging hearts above the table were all from Target.
How cute are these DIY “love trees” by Craft Bags. The girls had so much fun making them and they looked so adorable as part of our Valentine tablescape. Click here to see more images of this fun Valentine craft and to find out how to order your own DIY kits.
We hope you enjoyed our Valentine kids party. We had so much fun putting everything together and of course we were so excited to collaborate with Cleveland Cookie Dough Company and Crafty Bags.
We love you a million scoops of cookie dough!
Happy Valentine’s Day!
