There is nothing better than fresh, homemade salsa. We found that using a variety of tomatoes really gave this salsa an extra burst of flavor. Your guests will feel like they are at an authentic Mexican restaurant!

Homemade Pico de Gallo
- 1 cup mixed colored grape tomatoes, diced
- 3 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 medium red onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeno, minced (deseeded and deveined)
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- salt and pepper to taste
Dice all tomatoes and set into a colander to drain. Add tomatoes to a mixing bowl.
Dice red onion, garlic, jalapeno, and cilantro add to bowl. Add lime juice to desired taste. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
